In-home Sessions
We offer in-home sessions for your convenience and comfort. Our instructors will bring all necessary equipment and customize the session to your space and preferences.
Virtual Sessions
Can't make it into a traditional studio? No problem! We offer virtual sessions via Zoom so you can practice yoga and wellness from anywhere.
Local Donation-Based Events
